ABC complete the prestigious National Composite Centre project with Bailey Building Services. The project entailed a Trend IQ3 BMS installation, controlling complex mechanical and natural ventilation systems, chilled water and low temperature heating services, integrated by the end user via Trend 963 graphic pages engineered to the highest standards. The project was completed on time and on budget, meeting strict University of Bristol guidelines. Our operations were commented upon by our client saying we 'were certainly ahead of the competition in terms of project delivery'.

ABC awarded Abraham Derby Sports and Learning Centre contract, delivering an expansive Cylon Unitron BEMS installation for the local council under the main contractor, Kier. Extensive natural ventilation strategies, coupled with energy efficient 'on demand' control of main services will see this site become a flagship of environment, services and energy automation.

Half Price Energy Audit Offer - Building and Facilities Managers across England are currently being offered a 50% discount against the cost of a building-specific Energy Audit designed to reduce energy consumption and slash bills.
The Energy Audit deal is on offer from building and energy management specialists the Automated Building Controls Group (ABC Group) and it includes an on-site survey of BMS and HVAC controls, a detailed Energy Report and an On-Site Review Meeting to discuss the findings in detail.
"We are offering this incentive because we know that proper control of Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning systems will substantially reduce energy consumption, often with minimal or no capital investment." says ABC Group Director, Paul Morrall. "This is good for the client and the environment and it's an area where we can really make a difference."
